Campaign kick-off for Katherine Clark

Representative Katherine Clark (32nd Middlesex) kicked off her campaign bid for State Senate. Clark is running for the seat currently held by Senator Richard Tisei the Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor. The night's theme was baseball, complete with popcorn, hotdogs, cracker Jacks, and cotton candy.

Greater Lowell Area Democrats meeting

The Greater Lowell Area Democrats meeting this Saturday had a law enforcement theme to it. Stopping by the 8:00 AM meeting in Chelmsford was Massachusetts Attorney General, Martha Coakley, Middlesex County Sheriff Jim DiPaola and Worcester County Sheriff, Guy Glodis who is running for State Auditor.

While it was only one stop in Fitchburg (for me at least), it was great to get back out on the road with Martha Coakley. Martha is running as the incumbent for Massachusetts Attorney General. She was in Fitchburg for their Democratic caucuses.

An anual gathering at the home of State Senitor Jamie Eldrige's parents house. This picnic is a 'required' stop for anyone running for state wide office. Other politicians that were there: Mike Capuano and Steve Grossman.
