Sports photography

Well I tried my hand at sports photography tonight. I have never (truly, I mean never) shot sports before but I was going to a Bruins hockey game and thought it would be a good experience. Since I was not on an assignment, I needed to sneak my camera in. This was a lot easier since getting the f1.4 50mm for christmas. It's a much smaller lens than my f/2.8 16 to 35mm. Plus the 50mm is fast and sharp, so it's fairly good for shooting sports.
