The driver and her two daughters were treated by Ayer Fire Department.    All three were transported to Nashoba Valley Medical Center for further evaluation.    AFD's Engine 2, Rescue 1, Ambulance 1 and Ambulance 2 responded.

...Autocross is a skill driving event in which one car at a time negotiates a prescribed course, using traffic cones to define a variety of turns. It's the tallest waterfall in Pennsylvania, and only 4 feet shorter than Niagara Falls.    It's one of my favorite places to stop (Grey Towers would be the other) on my way through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

If I've seen one Christmas Fair I've seen them all.   The two that really stand out are Harvard Congregational Church and the Community Church of Pepperell. ...The event took place August 14th and 15th on the grounds of the Newport State Airport and adjacent fields in the rural town of Coventry, Vermont. 


Located amidst the rolling hills and lush green valleys of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, COVENTRY was Phish's seventh "city-size" festival, with a turnout that qualified it as Vermont's most populated city for the weekend of August 14th and 15th.   As with all prior Phish festivals, COVENTRY saw the band performing three live sets each day, with on-site camping as well as numerous attractions and art installations created by teams of talented artists and performers.

...I posted some questions on irishambulance.net inquiring about someone who had experience in pre-hospital care in both Ireland and the U.S., as well as being a third rider taking pictures.  ...  While in the U.S. he also worked for Action Ambulance in Wilmington MA Vaughan returned to Ireland and is now an Advanced Paramedic with DFB.

After many comments from people who have been to the site and have clicked on the small thumb-nail photos wanting to see larger versions, I have fulfilled that request.   I'm now using Greybox which is a "pop-up window that doesn't suck".    Greybox can be used to display websites, images and other content in a beautiful way.

Photographing this type of event, long lens is were it's at.    Even with a press pass which allows me to be closer than the general public, you are still limited to 50' from the cannons. Everyone is fine but to be on the safe side we took a trip to the hospital, so of-course I had to take some pictures (in hopes that they would be published, since I need the money for a new car!).
